    • cooling, 100 000hl storage for a good temperature control.
  • to guarantee a quality maturing
    • in tanks : perfect hygiene and good conservation
    • in barrels (10% of the production) :
      • fermentation and maturing for the whites (3-5 months)
      • maturing for the reds
