Meet Greg and Juju, a pair of accomplices who grew in the vineyard and love to make merry. But these jovial characters also have a serious side: they can be reserved and secretive, and then generous and full of life… like a good wine.

FILOU & LOUSTIC WHITE
Vin de France

The white wine is fresh, vibrant and delicious. Its radiant hue hints at an explosion of aromas ripe with citrus and passion fruit. It’s expressive, clean and delicious on the palate with a delicate lemony finish... to go with a seafood snack perhaps?

Degree : 12.5%
Grape: 70% Sauvignon / 30% Colombard.
Soil : basaltic & gravel clay
Harvest : Mecanic
Yield : 70 hl/ha
Vinification : Fermentation between 15 and 20°c.
Pressing : Pneumatique avec séparation des presses.
Service temperature : .Chilled. 8-12 °C.

At table : Serve it with oven-baked oysters in rocket cream with parmesan shavings or salmon marinated in olive oil...

FILOU & LOUSTIC ROSÉ
Vin de France

The rosé grabs your attention! You know you’re in for an adventure when you see its blush colour... It’s intense on the nose with notes of squashed strawberries and fresh fruit that bring spring to mind, when nature and its aromas blossom. It’s fresh and succulent on the palate with a fabulously bubbly finish.

Grape: 60 % Grenache 40 % Cinsault Soil : basaltic & gravel clay
Harvest : Mechanical harvest by night
Yield : Average of 70 hl/ha
Vinification : Yeasting with neutral yeast
Fermentation between 15 and 20°c
Pressing : Pneumatic pressing with press-juice separation.
Service temperature : .Chilled. 8-12 °C.

At table : For nibbles with friends or a summer dish = a simple marbled rib steak grilled over vine shoots or sea bass on a bed of fennel...

The red is a sweet talker. It envelopes you in dark fruit with the vibrant aroma of ripe berries. The flavour is sensational and succulent with fruit and sweet spices... just how we like it! Its light, delicate and polished tannins give it a fabulously full body.
