Terret Sauvignon

A wine with a strong southern accent... This blend of Terret and Sauvignon surprises with its delicate yet generous style. Expressive bouquet of orchard fruit and boxwood. Fresh and flavourful on the palate, with appetizing notes of citrus fruit and white flowers, and a hint of spice.

Degree : 12,5%
Grape : 55% Terret Bourret / 45% Sauvignon Blanc
Soil : Silty and volcanic
Harvest : Mechanical
Yield : 60 hL/ha
Vinification : Mechanical harvest by night. Yeasting with neutral yeast.
Fermentation betwin 15 and 20°C.
Pressing : Pneumatic pressing with press-juice separation.
Service temperature: Chilled. 8–12°C.
At table : For a truly exquisite experience, enjoy with some red mullet fillets.

Pinot Grenache

This bold blend of Pinot Noir and Grenache has a holiday feel to it!
Beautiful, bright colour. The fruity attack is reminiscent of redcurrant jelly. Yummy! Silky, delicate and refreshing on the palate. In other words, a rosé to help solve the world’s problems as the sun goes down.

Soil : Clay - gravel
Harvest : Mechanical harvest by night
Yield : 65 hL/ha
Vinification : Yeasting with neutral yeast. Fermentation betwin 15 and 20°c.

Service temperature: Chilled. 8-12°C.
At table : Serve with a sea bream tartare drizzled with olive oil for a marriage made in heaven!

Marselan Syrah

Offering substance and sweet flavours, this Marselan blended with a southern Syrah is an easy-going companion. A powerful bouquet of blackcurrants, candied liquorice and chocolate invites us to a dance... The pace rapidly picks up, as the palate reveals delicious notes of blackcurrants and blackberries.

Grape : 65% Marselan, pure languedoc grape variety harmonious marriage of the two red grape Cabernet sauvignon and Grenache, 35% Syrah.
Soil : Clay – gravel
Harvest : Mechanical harvest by night
Yield : 65 hL/ha
Vinification Yeasting with neutral yeast. Fermentation betwin 20 and 30°c
Pressing : Sweet extraction
Service temperature : At room temperature. 16-18°c
At table : As an accompaniment, we recommend duck with olives and some Pardailhan black turnips. Let the feast begin!

Colombard “Tendre”

The Colombard is smooth and expressive, with just the right amount of sweetness. Very appealing with its pale straw colour, nose of yellow fruit and citrus, and lively flavourful, palate. In short, a voluptuous thirst-quenching
delight, perfect to start the evening!

Soil : Clay - gravel
Harvest : Mechanical
Yield : 75 hL/ha
Residual sugar : 10 g/L
Pressing : Pneumatic pressing after maceration on the skins.
Service temperature de service : Chilled, 8-12°C
At table : Bake a delicious courgette, goat's cheese and lemon basil crumble in the oven, set the table and enjoy!

Marselan “Tendre”

Marselan? What a delightful surprise...a rosé structured around the expression of the fruit! Wait no longer to discover this medley of red fruit (strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry), underlaid by tenderness and elegance. With just the right amount of generosity, ripe but lively, the palate offers a magical combination of crispness and an impeccably smooth and delicious feel. A moment of grace to share !

Vinification : Cold settlingon séparation gouttes / presses / bourbes
Residual sugar :10g/l
Service temperature: Chilled 8-12°c
At table : We go to the stove with a roasted sea bass with vanilla accent it’s time to relax and enjoy !

Merlot sulphite-free !

This Merlot is sulphite-free and proud of it, bursting with crisp fruit, spices and the freshness of the garrigue. Let yourself be transported by powerful flavours of fresh cherries and delicious red fruit accompanied by refined tannins. A gourmet choice to start a meal.

Grape : 100% Merlot
Soil : Clay - gravel
Harvest : Mechanical
Yield : 75 hL/ha
Vinification : Traditional. Sweet extraction, maceration for 12 days.
This wine is produced without the addition of sulphites, before or after fermentation. All transfers are made with no exposure to air, in a nitrogen atmosphere. Light fining as necessary, tangential filtration (fine filtration) to ensure that the wine keeps well. Final analysis by the "Frantz Paul" method.
This wine contains zero sulphites.
Service temperature : At room temperature. 16-18°C.
At table : Would go very well with a chicken curry, with spices, coconut milk and fresh coriander, accompanied by seasonal roast vegetables: pumpkin, courgette or aubergine, and perhaps some broad beans for a little crunch.
